Dont buy this, inadequate for its function

Get what you pay for. Good for drilling (wrestling/BJJ), not so much sparring or competition, then again, what ear guards are. So If you've got some cuali on the way these might help with annoying pain and swelling doing drills. A hard impact may still bruise your ear but it works as good as it can. I usually take ear guards off for sparring anyway, im about that cuali ear life.

Snug fit, stays in place. Can't hear much when it's on but I've never been able to with any others in the past.

This is very comfortable and stays in place well especially considering the price. The problem is the velcro got ripped off after using it a couple of times. My wife stitched it back in place and now I wear it almost every day without problem
