Q: Is this chocolate good for melting? (For smore’s??)

It's a very thick bar of chocolate so it's hard to break. But it does melt ok since my package arrived melted in the Florida heat. It's delicious chocolate just harder to break with your hands than say a thin Hershey bar.

Q: How much sugar in each serving? And what is the sweetner in this chocolate? Thanks

15 grams in milk chocolate and I imagine this means that would be the same in each serving (6 servings per). It is really great quality ingredients and taste.

I think there are 4 in there. They're very, very good.

This is corn free. What type of sugar used isn't specified so I cannot say for certain if it is also corn derivative free as well.
