I needed this product for work to be able to heat up my food on the go. This heats up food from the bottom with the heat being conducted like a mini oven. There is an outer shell which plugs into either wall outlet or 12v adapter which are both included. There is an inner shell made out of metal which you put your food into and a plastic separator that would be good to put veggies in. There are 2 plastic lids, one which seals the container and holds a fork and spoon and another that locks on tight. All of this comes in a handy carrying case that is foil lined. Have not had any problems yet. Works really well with leftovers such as fried rice or chow mein dishes which take less than 30 mins to heat up from cold. Take out the inner shell to clean, I didn't realize it separates from the outer shell when I washed for the first time and it isn't recommended to get water on the outer shell. I haven't had any problems thankfully after that mistake.

The media could not be loaded. You cannot beat this for the price. It's the most basic model but works perfectly for me. I'm a service tech on tye road all day. This allows me to take in inside or plug into my van. Will heat up in 45 minutes to the point it's completely steaming. I repair cooking equipment and I know everything about food safety. This lunch box heats your food to over 170 degrees if you let it sit long enough.CautionBe extremely careful when opening the lid. Once I'm done, I dump the paper and scraps. All I have to do when I get home, is rinse and wash the metal pan.

I put my food into this and it warms it up. Love it.

This may be one of the coolest things I've ordered from Amazon. I love being able to heat up my lunch in my office and not have to rely on an overused microwave in the company break room. The convenience is outstanding and the thing works great. For the price, compared to the crockpot brand version, it's a great value.I'm only giving it four stars for a couple reasons. First, it is not 100% leak proof. It's pretty good but soup will seep out from under the lid. Second, it gets really hot really fast. This isn't a set it and forget it warmer. It will boil soup or chili within the matter of about 30-45 minutes depending on the starting temp of the food. Additionally, if you don't stir your meal every so often food in the center (where it gets hottest) can stick or even burn. The heat also makes it hard to handle once your food is completely heated through. You don't need oven mitts per say but picking it up can be a little challenging depending on where you grab it.Still a great buy though.

This cool little contraption really stirs up a lot of attention for me. Most days at work people ask me what it is and I tell them it is an electric lunch box that acts like a mini catering steam table that heats up my meals to perfection. Super simple to operate, plug and go. Lunches heat up to piping hot levels in a matter of 40 minutes. Very easy clean up. I especially love it for things with buns as they turn out super soft.I discovered a secret with working with bread in these units. I place a wet paper towel on the bottom, layer it with a. lean dry dish towel, then line that with wax or parchment paper. Place the hamburger on the paper, close and allow to cook. Turns out awesome every time and NO MORE NASTY WORK MICROWAVES!You won't regret this purchase!Just say'n.

This lunch is amazing !!!!! My husband is a mechanic he doesn’t get a set lunch break he gets to eat when it’s slow at the shop, which makes this lunch box perfect it heats up Quickly and stays warm all day just incase a car pulls in and he has to pack it up real quick and eat when that job is done ! All his con workers thought it was pretty cool and asked for the link lol matching lunch boxes for the team soon . We all love how it comes with a fork and spoon also . It’s nice cute and easy to clean works great in the car charger or wall plug. Don’t mind the dirty handle mechanic hands always dirty but it cleans off easily thank Goodness

I bought this for my husband so he can have hot leftovers for lunch at work (he works outside) and it was great for the few months it worked. It warmed up the food pretty well and was easy to clean/store but it unfortunately stopped worked after about 5 months. Great while it lasted.

Just received this product yesterday, 8/13.Brought to work with me today 8/14 and love it!! It took a while to heat up pasta and chicken cutlet, so I’d recommend letting it warm up 20-30 minutes before your lunch break. Steam vent in the middle of the lid is great, silverware provided works great. Easy to carry and it’s cute too. Love the little plastic container it comes with, I used it to store my pasta sauce but it can def be used for slice fruits or veggies. Honestly I have no complaints besides the fact it took a while to heat up, but to be fair I was impatient sitting and checking on it to get warm, so definitely put it to heat while you’re occupied. It’s a great product and for the PRICE? I’m bought to get one for my man too.
