Great item, good value for money in a large 250g pot. The D Mannose will be a bit clumped but easily dispersed when poked with the plastic scoop inside and once water hits it, it dissolves pretty quickly. The taste is typical D Mannose and it's effective for the purpose you need it for. A bit pricey but as the product is good it's worth it in comparison to it's counterparts.

Unfortunately I knew about D-Mannose months ago but didn't realize that to fight a UTI e-coli infection quite a lot is needed. Got a smaller tub of this stuff from the same seller and yesterday I took about four heaped teaspoons of it during the day and before I went to bed last night, another heaped teaspoon.In the morning my tenth UTI within 12 months had gone completely. Nothing to complain about this product. I had D-manose before, not this brand. Great taste, easy to take. Please be aware and advise for under 18. I know that my other products have got 18 years only. This helps to stick to the bladder wall and flush away the infection. I been struggling for too long with this infection. Me and my sister was having regular urine infections but now with treatment and maintenance with this all natural product, we have not had any since then. The amount you get is very good and I share with my sister so sometimes she buys it instead. It's also very pleasant to taste and it makes things a little bit sweet so sometimes I've mixed it with vitamin C. However I'm not a doctor so maybe check with one when mixing any product. However I don't know how this treatment would fair with a urine infection such as an an ecoli one but for a standard one it's fantastic treatment. You'll know about it because it will go away!
