This is a really good product. I've bought two now as they really work. At the moments I've got them both covering cabbages, brocalli and brussels, held up by canes, but will get 2x2 wood next year. Not only does it keeps out insects, but acts almost like a polytunnel. Everything has grown well and looks really healthy. I would recommend it to any gardener who wants to protect their crops. Not so good if crops have flowers due to polination but good to use at first to give them a good start. I'll probably buy another one next summer.

Hopefully the horrid critters might leave some of my brassicas for me next year. Excellent quality mesh and if looked after will last 10 years. 10 years of purple sprouting, curly kale, brussels sprouts. We have been plague with these wretched butterflies this yeaar despite racing around with a net to catch them.

Fingers crossed, this has kept off carrot fly, flea beetle and cabbage whites so far this season. Well worth the money. I hope to machine wash it before winter according to instructions . First time we've successfully grown decent carrots and rocket here!

Great item

Following a number of seasons where our allotment crop was ruined by carrot fly maggots, we decided to invest in environmesh. The barrier has been in place from sowing the seeds, lifted only to tidy away the inevitable weeds growing between the plants. This year for the first time we have excellent carrots and damage has been kept to an absolute minimum. Having tried various forms of fleece in the past, I can say this is the superior product. Light and rain penetrate the mesh easily and the crop grows strongly. For anyone with similar pest control problems, I can recommend. It is not cheap but I am hoping it is going to last several years with careful use.

Pkg arrived in a timely fashion , have used this brand mesh already, water passes thru and so does the sun light, bugs don't repeat bugs don't. good quality mesh reinforced borders, easy to work with. when season is over wash it off with dish detergent dry fold and store for next year.
