I purchased these vitamins for my 76 year old mom. It was to go along with magnesium 12-1 that I got her too. Both taken together give the best possible benefits from them and help her get some energy and keep that blues feeling away. Good quality, good on her bad stomach, easy to swallow with no bad taste, effective with magnesium, and not a bad price for the amount you get.

The product was fine. However the delivery was totally wrong!! The delivery person did not follow instructions for the delivery!!

I have bought other vitamins from Carlyle and I feel it is a safe and reputable company made in the USA. B6 is very important for many bodily functions your nervous system and immune system being a couple. This is the maximum dose a woman should take for B6. I have read that too much B6 is not good for you, so I will be careful with taking this maximum dose. Overall, I think this is a good supplement.

I mean, Golly, they are vitamins. You know, they just kinda lay there until you pop them in your mouth and wash them down. It is not like suddenly I will regain the strength of my youth, but then they don't make me feel worse, either. So I will give them a superlative rating. They do come in a pretty bottle with a flip lid.
