Oh my goodness! My favorite! These greens help me so much! I drink this everyday in the morning!!! I will somehow forget maybe once a week to drink it because I’ll get very busy, but I feel bloated all day when I don’t drink it! So I’ll usually drink it at night the days I forget! The taste is very good as well! If you’re looking to try greens…. THESE ARE IT! The best I’ve tried!

Greens are not usually very nice on the smell or taste. I have gone through MANY brands of greens and most of them have a smell that makes me gag. One Sol greens is actually one of the best I've tried. The smell is not that strong seaweed smell you get from other brands, but instead is a very minimal natural green smell (which is appreciated because it smells like natural products). The taste is not very strong, but I will admit that I mix collagen and sometimes energy powders or pre-workout to my greens every day so I don't get solely the green flavor. I will say it mixes very well and usually I taste 5% greens vs the rest of the powders I put in my water. All in all, I would highly recommend these greens to anyone looking to increase their daily greens intake and can give my approval on the flavor as well 😊

Tastes better than most greens powders, easy to mix, and doesn’t clump. Gives a nice boost of energy without jitters, though the flavor may be a little earthy for some.
