Broken on arrival but new part sent and good customer service - love it now its working.
It arrived with a faulty air pump. The customer service team were very responsive and helpful and did send a whole new pump/heat unit. It wasn't the easiest thing to replace - if you're not a DIYer you might have struggled. But it was easier than sending back the whole thing and waiting for a replacement. Now it's working, it's a great hottub. I previously had a M-Spa hottub that is pretty similar (it lasted me 4 years but I couldn't keep up with fixing punctures as it kept getting more & more.) This one is about 60% of the price, so I decided to chance it.Down side of this one is it's a manual hose connection to inflate it, whereas MSpa had the air-redirection built in by turning a knob - although not needed to top it up after many weeks of use. This one is slightly taller and slight less long but not much in it (does just make it slightly more awkward to rest your arms on top of the tub though when in it). I like this control panel more than a detached one, a bit neater: if you press the cover down tight, you can still see the temperature and once you've learned the placement of the buttons, you can learn to press them without removing the cover too. The inlet + outlet on this vs the mspa are switched round, so the water inlet is at the bottom and the outlet at the top: this makes more sense, as on the MSpa, the water level could more easily go below the inlet when it was on top. This one is slightly noisier but doesn't really bother me. So all in all, I'd recommend choosing this over a pricier MSpa - as long as you don't mind a small risk of needing to replace a part or sending back for a replacement if it arrives faulty. Oh and the wooden design looks much nicer than the plain black!
