Good Quality.
I think it is always best to purchase a well known brand and BT definitely is the best in my opinion. No drop outs boosts signal strength and simple to use...just plug it in.

It’s not wireless!!!!!
I guess this would be useful if you use Ethernet cables. I guess there are some people out there - somewhere - who use them in the home. But if you’re a numpty like me and bought it hastily expecting it to be wireless you’ll be left kicking yourself... pretty useless all round (I’m talking about me and this broadband extender here).

Look at the alternative - BT Broadband Extender Flex 600 Kit with wired AV600 Powerline and pass-
It does the job however there is a much better BT tool called the BT Broadband Extender Flex 600 Kit with wired AV600 Powerline and pass-through socket. I have since bought the more expensive (but much better option) If you have a couple of spare socket outlets (not extension leads, as they do not work on extension leads) near both the reuter nad the remote appliance this product is fine however once plugged in, the 13amp socket outlet is no longer available. The other option allows you to use the 13amp socket to power the booster and gives you a pass through so that you can still plug another appliance into the socket.

Fine but not BT supported
The device works well although it's impossible to say if it greatly improves the signal. I bought it with a BT TV box as you need a hard wired router connection only to find that you can't get BT TV multi-room unless you buy the TV box from BT even though you agree to pay the £5/month subscription for 1 boxes.
