Good quality rubber cones. The reflective material is not secured to the cone and can fall off when cone is upside down or falls. Overall good product.

I’ve had theses for a few days- I haven’t used them and they’ve been in a temperature controlled shop. I walked by them today and saw that the reflective tape is already starting to peel off.

These are around $14 each so they are a good price and therefore I'm rating them a 4 star. Based solely on quality I'd rate them a 3. Depending on what you need them for they could be a good deal or they could be too poor quality. They are not rubbery or flexible nor are they heavy like a highway cone. I plan to use them to setup courses for my horse arena and driveway courses for my grandchildren's riding toys. It will work okay for those uses.In the cold they are very hard and I would suspect easily broken when very cold. The reflector bands are not attached well and I'm sure they won't last too long. They are not super heavy so in my arena with horses running around I'm pretty sure I will need to weigh down the base or they will tip over. In the grandchildren situation they will probably stay upright most of the time.For my use they are fine. If you have construction vehicles, these are probably too poor quality to bother with.
