I have been looking for a long while for a pole strong enough and long enough to clean the algae off of our white metal lanai. So long that it had become a major eye sore! Although I have a power washer and could hire someone, some of my screens are in delicate condition so I did not want to add an additional expense or the horrid time consuming task of using the power washer. When I received my Extend-A-Reach pole I knew it would be strong enough and long enough to clean the absolute center point of the lanai from the sides of the pool without me using a lot of effort. The extension on the pole are easy to use and it does not lose strength as you make it longer and longer. It is solid. The pole is well padded for comfort and the many heads to choose from was my next hurdle that is why I bought this package. I ended up using the orange cobweb duster. I put water on the end and a little diluted bleach in my large industrial window cleaning bucket. I swished the brush from side to side and the algae came off quickly, easily, and before I knew it I was done. Not one screen was torn by this delicate and effective brush. The way the bristles are make me feel like the brushes at the car wash. They are light but effective. These are not hard brittle brushes. I did have an issue with a missing brush and contacted the company direct and they contacted me back quickly, resolved the issue lightning speed and obviously stand by their product. I will relay that there are replacement heads you can buy from Extend-A-Reach separately on Amazon so you do not have to repurchase the multipack. My lanai was extremely dirty super green and even black in some areas. It took less than a day to thoroughly clean to sparkling white (I had to hose my brush several times to get the green off because it was super bad, embarrassing bad, but I just kept the hose near me) and it was an actual pleasure. I found exactly what I was needing and for the price it paid itself off in one use. Definitely buy it. It is a quality product and support a small business as well.

I ordered the 36' Telescoping Duster Set. When it arrived the package with the pole and tools had about been beat to death with the pole being damaged. The bottom hand grip had been destroyed and there was a huge scratch running from the hand grip up the pole. The scratch wasn't a bit deal to us, but we needed that bottom hand grip. This is a rather heavy pole, so both hand grips that are attached are important.I contacted the company to see if a replacement hand grip could be sent and was told by Kate that they didn't have a grip to send but she would send a new replace pole! She contacted me that the pole was being sent by expedited shipping and would arrive on a certain date. The package arrived in perfect condition.In the meantime, I had purchase several of the shorter poles (they are lighter weight) so was able to work inside the house dusting and cleaning areas that I had not been able to reach. Every tool I used was durable and very easy to clean! This is going to make keep our house (with the huge cathedral ceiling) so easy to keep clean. I would high recommend this product and this company...best customer service I have had the pleasure to deal with! A big thank you to Kate for quickly resolving this problem.

If you are reaching up vertically, it does a good job. The more horizontal the use, the less it can handle it. For example, if you are reaching over the roof to access an upper gable. The product is heavy. That can be good or bad. The attachments are well made.

We recently built an a-frame so we have a lot of really high windows and chandelier. I previously had to set up a ladder or scaffolding to reach the high windows. I had also noticed a spider web starting on the chandelier one day and dreaded having to set up our scaffold just to clear a little web. On my hunt for a product that would reach, I came across this extendable pole with a bunch of different attachments, including a window squeegee and cob web duster! Match made in heaven. I went with the 24 ft reach, probably could have gone for the next shorter option but the extra length will probably come in handy one day.I had a problem on the soft brush head getting cross threaded and Kate with Extend-a-Reach was so fast to respond and send a new head that works amazing. I haven’t been this excited about a product before. Worth every penny.. it’s solidly built, has a lot of uses with all the heads it comes with, and will surely last a long time.

I researched most extended cleaning tools available on the market, and decided upon Extend-A-Reach based primarily on quality reports and the 3 year warranty - the tools wil be used at leased properties, not just at my residence. I was not disappointed ! I purchased the 7 piece dust/brush set with 12' pole - the pole is very sturdy yet not overly heavy, and all attachments are very well made and should provide great work results and longevity. Regarding Customer Service, I did have a minor problem with one of the attachments - I phoned Extend-A-Reach, and was contacted by Kate immediately. She's phenomenal with product support, and resolved my issue quickly without any problems - best customer service I've received in years. BONUS - the company is a small business and supports cancer patients. I highly recommend this company and their product - order from Kate today !

It’s not light, but it’s solid. Full 30’ extension is wobbly and difficult to control but it does get to windows and places I can’t otherwise get. Would be nice if the squeegee had a 3” or 4” right angle extension as I can’t get the bottom of some window due to interference with the brick sill.
