Yes, if the signal level from the pre-amp is line level by then. Technical support for this product is very good, they took 4 hours to answer a batch of my original questions. So far I have found the product to be excellent in every respect.

Can I plug passive speakers directly?

Hello You need an amplifier between the Miccus and your passive speakers.

Can this be used to boost the bluetooth signal from my printer? in my home the printer is three rooms away from my pc.

I don't think so insofar as the signal input is either optical audio or 3mm audio plug.

Can miccus connect to garden lights so phone app control is close to miccus in house but boost signal 15m down to outside garden lights

Despite the claim I did not reliably get beyond 4m without dropouts so returned it. I now have the NOTENS Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Sender Receiver and this has work a dream.
