Works, but I have an allergy to one of the "other" ingredients. I bought these to replace a 3 gram fiber supplement that I was previously using. Unfortunately, this product contains rice flour and I have a mild allergy to rice so I can't take it. I need to read the product labels more carefully when purchasing products.
