Almost a miracle
I have got arthritis since I was in my mid teens and got worse with every decade: on top of that in April 2020 I had a bad episode of sciatica on my right leg which left me with numbness in several toes and parts of the foot and leg. The other day, as I bent to tie my shoe laces I had once again that pain through my back that sent me straight to bed (probably because the temperature in London dropped some 10 degrees Celsius), as in the past, when I was stuck to bed for up to 6 weeks in deep pain and then 8 months of mobility as even 80 years old walked faster than me. I got this cream hoping to be better than the useless voltarol (or stomach upsetting diclofenac sodium gel) and I could not believe when in a matter of minutes my back was so much better!!! A small bit goes a long way out of the 300ml gel, which is great as opposed to using the expensive Voltarol etc (feeling like a watery chocolate pudding I make sometimes) and smells a bit minty, because of the menthol and camphor it contains, but not cooling or warming the back. I guess the great result is due to the comfrey extract, which I never heard about before, although the brief research I did said it is banned in the USA because the comfrey tablets for example, if taken for longer than 10 days affect the liver and even lead to death. I used it for 3 days so far and I cannot believe I do not walk bent to 90 degrees. The jar came with 90% product as you see it, but even using it for several days appeared almost the same - a bit goes a long way. I am really impressed with it - not out of the woods as normally it takes me months to be back to normal but at least I give the appearance of being OK. I will keep this nearby until the next major episode strikes - will update here if I will experience anything negative.

Amazing Pain Relief Gel
I dont normally write reviews but after 2 weeks of debilitating back pain with a trapped nerve I have just discovered this amazing gel. I was prescribed codeine, ibuprofen, paracetamol and pre gabalin for pain relief and to be honest they weren't doing a very good job. In addition to this I was using deep heat, deep relief, voltarol and biofreeze. Whilst the pain was just controllable it was still noticeable and movement was restricted. In my desperation I purchased this, not expecting much How wrong I was. After first application pain numbed to a level that none of the medication or other products managed and more importantly I could move again. The gel doesn't generate warmth as I expected but the pain just fades away within minutes. It has a "calming" scent and dries within about 90 seconds . Thank you 5Kind. After 2 weeks of hellish pain, no sleep and literally crawling around the house Ive finally found a product that actually relieves pain. I will definitely be ordering more and looking at their other products. Update to my original review. The pain relief only lasts a short while and does not provide an overall solution to pain relief

Seems to help.
I’ve used this product before and like it. It does seem to ease knee stiffness a year after a total knee replacement. It’s rubs in easily and doesn’t leave a smell. Must be careful using it though as it stains ! (My bedside table and sheets so far 🙄).

THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS SQUALENE! Shark livers contain an oil, known as squalene, that is highly regarded for its moisturizing and restorative properties. As a favoured emollient for sunscreen, foundation, face moisturizer, lipstick, eye makeup, tanning oil, and many other products, squalene has found its way into every corner of the personal care industry — but at a huge, deadly cost of which many consumers remain unaware. According to an investigation by a French marine conservation charity, the global demand for shark liver oil in 2012 was estimated at 2,200 tons. Of this, 90% made its way into cosmetic products, 9% in nutraceuticals, and 1% in pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines, and other unknown products. To put this into perspective - 3,000 sharks are needed to produce 1 ton of squalene. Though squalene exists elsewhere in nature — predominantly in olives, amaranth seed, sugarcane, rice bran and wheat germ — it does so in low concentrations. In fact, plant alternatives of the oil are so much less rich in squalene than shark livers that flora-sourced squalene costs about 30% more than squalene from shark livers. These two factors — price and potency — make shark squalene the most desired source in the market, and act as a driving force behind the continued practice of capturing and killing millions of sharks every year for their livers. Much like the devastatingly inhumane practices that accompany shark-finning, squalene fishermen often extract the animal’s liver only to throw the rest of the remains back into the ocean. The practice is known as “shark livering.” Please don't buy this product if you can find a suitable alternative!
