Skatro Mini Cruiser Skateboard. 22x6inch Retro Style Plastic Board Comes Complete

I bought 3 of these skateboards for my granddaughters, age 9 and 6 year old twins. I did research these as best I could as I wanted them to enjoy learning to cruise on a skateboard and wanted boards that would help them learn and give them confidence. There are cheaper boards but apparently some tend to veer off to one side and others with them not rolling smoothly and the wheels being too tight. I know that these problems can be resolved but I don't know enough about adjusting things and with the Skatro boards, they were perfect straight out of the box. This was just as well as the 3 girls were on them straight away. They can all balance quite well as they have roller boots and heelies and my 9 year old got it straight off. I had watched a you-tube video about how to begin and how to place your feet and by shifting your weight, how to change direction. I am so pleased as the girls are obsessed with their boards and learning new things every day. They are feeling "really cool" and Nana is "the best"!!

I know a few people who have bought one of these boards in various colours and after riding on them I decided to buy one myself. They are guaranteed good quality rides as well as looking very cool. Upgrading the bearings for yourself couldn't hurt but at this price you certainly can't complain. The super nova is a great design with wheels that still look cool even when dirty, however, there is an issue with how it's wrapped meaning it comes with gaps in the wrap and can chip on the top fairly easily. It isn't too big of a deal and customer support were very helpful and offered me a partial or a full refund but for now I would say stick with a block colour board. I have asked them to update me if they resolve this issue but for now I will still recommend the other boards enthusiastically.

1 of my 4 wheels goes really fast as desired, the other 3 do not.Simply put, the board is quite nice, rather crappy if you own an official Penny Board but it does the job.I was skating and my wheel came off due to the nut being a bit too lose. Unfortunately, on this board you can only loosen the nuts a tiny bit which really slows the wheel turns. My Penny Board allows the nuts to be very far away from the wheel and are still very sturdy and will not move.I am trying to find a replacement for the bearings as well as replacement wheel nuts but Skatro won't respond to the email.It's alright. Not the best, I would rather spend £70 and get an official Penny Board cruiser.

We bought the Green one and my daughter was very happy about the quality of the product. When you compare the other brand this type of scateboards, and it is really good in terms of quality. I am an 80kg person even I tried it is ok but don't push hard on it, it is basically built for children-teen and low weight people.

Had a look at quite a few of these mini boards or penny boards as they are also known. Decided on the Skatro as the trucks are solid, ready tuned and it comes with a tool to allow you to adjust them as time goes on if required. This was for my son but I gave the board a test drive or two :). Smooth ride, strong board, wheels look 'sick' and he loves the overall appearance. It is a higher price than others but well worth it for the build and component quality.

I used to skate when I was younger, and finally decided after 12 years of inactivity to get a board to assist with my commute. I wanted a small board that I could fit into my car boot without too much hassle, that's light, durable and at very least reliable. This little board has proven to be the best purchase I've made in a while! After falling a few times (trying to get used to the smaller board after so many years), I'm finally skating confidently again and it's made my commute so much more fun. The learning curve is steep for beginners due to it's very small center of gravity, but it's not difficult to get used to. Highly recommended!

I bought this to skate around the streets and park with my son as he learns to ride his bike. The last time i was on a skateboard was 20 years ago and even then it wasn't something i used a lot. Its been easy to pick up and we have been having lots of fun together. No adjustments were required. Straight out of the box and I was off

This was bought for my daughter who wanted a Penny board. Well she's not disappointed and neither is my credit card.I know nothing about skateboards, but she's really enjoying it which is the important thing. It runs smoothly and is surprisingly sturdy for it's size. The tool to loosen/tighten the wheel bolts is really handy.The company informed me of the delivery time and made a couple of follow up emails giving more info and tips. They seem to be behind this product 100%.I think my other daughter will be wanting one soon. I will have no hesitation getting her the same make, but a different colour, you know what siblings can be like. :-)
