Printing good, capacity on the large side, tends to stain on interior.

I'm so impressed with this company, I had my doubts based on a couple of reviews, but liked the product and level of customisation so decided to place an order.I increased the pressure by only having three days before I needed the product. So I paid to expedite delivery and sent an email with my preferred text.Very early next morning I had a personal email acknowledging my delivery request and custom wording.I recieved the product within 2 days which is amazing for a bespoke gift, the mugs were excellent - great quality and very solid.The printing was spot on, no colour fade (reported by other customers), very clear and precise.I gave them as gifts, the recipients were very impressed as with the personal level of customisation it was clear this was no off the shelf purchase.Thank you for the excellent service, I will be buying your products again!

The look of the mug has exceeded my expectations! I chose a brilliant red colour for the keep calm 'poster'. I was a little concerned that the mug wouldn't quite have the space for the amount of text I wanted to use (I took a risk) however the text fits and looks well proportioned. The mug arrived within a week of ordering it. Packaging could have been improved-not marked fragile and no padding around it.As this is bought as a gift, the mug has not yet been used or washed so I am unable to comment on this.A great gift idea and well priced! I had no problems ordering this product having followed the item description info.

My husband already has one of these mugs and he refuses to drink his many cups of tea each day in any other mug! This one is a bit thicker and a bit smaller than his other one but at least I can put his mug in the dishwasher to get a proper clean!
