For the item that I ordered to work.
I'm could not get the item to turn on. The on off button was locked up and would turn on.

I received this shaver for Christmas, and it works really well. if you put the batteries in correctly. It doesn't come with much in the way of documentation/directions and I don't think there is any way to clean it. I believe it is intended as a shaver for infrequent shaves and not as your daily shaver.
