BEZIA Nonstick Wok with Lid, 30cm Wok Induction, Non Stick Wok Pan, Stir-Fry Wok with Flat Bottom, Removable Wooden Handle, Compatible All Stoves

I buy a new one every couple of years. I use it as a frying pan. It's great. Except that I notice the handle rivets when I whizz me spatula around the sides to scrape stuff down; I have to hop the scraper over the obstruction. Doesn't sound like much of an issue and frankly had I not been lucky enough to have thicker (and rivet-free) pans before I wouldn't have mentioned it. Buy it; I'm happy with mine. Oh. And it cleans in a jiffy.

This pan is 6 months old and has resisted scratches sometimes using a metal spatula. Because its moderately heavy heat distribution is good. As the advert says it needs v little oil and does not stick. Far far superior to teflon.

I cook with this on average twice a week (making dishes like chow mein) and have had it for 9 months at time of review. Non-stick coating is still in excellent condition and it is far easier to cook with than a traditional wok. Nothing sticks to it. Seems to conduct heat well too.Very happy I bought this. It's well made too.

This is a very good wok but I felt disappointed that the detachable handle has to be fixed onto the wok at all times. It cannot therefore be used in the oven as it is wooden. I had assumed it would detach so that I could use it that way. Wrong!

Bought it for daughter as a gift. She absolutely loves it that it’s spacious and non stick. The handle comes off so she can store it in fridge with any leftovers without it taking up to much space

My first wok so can't say much but it's easy to clean, massive to great for cooking huge portions, and the removable handle is an awesome feature. The lid is amazing but have to be careful as when it gets hot the silver rims get veryyy hot and i burnt my finger so many times :( always hold the wooden handle of the lid!

I first tested this BEZIA 30cm Wok Pan on a Bosch 4 ring induction hob.The diameter of the flat area of the pan base is 15.5cms maximum. This pan did heat up adequaley on the Bosch 17cm diameter induction ring, but the larger 20cm diameter induction ring would not recognise this pan. This must be an issue with the BEZIA pan, because I use famous UK brand pans with small diameter all the time on the larger induction rings.A friend also tested it on a single plate portable induction hob. This portable hob has two heating areas, one for small base pans and the second for large base pans. The BEZIA pan would only heat up on the small part of the ring, and as this induction ring diameter is smaller than the pan base diameter, it means that some of the pan base stays cool, leading to uneven cooking.Despite that this pan is large, it does not have a second handle opposite the long handle, to facilitate two handed carrying. So it's a strain on the wrist to lift and carry the pan when it is full of food.The only instructions accompanying the pan, are to tell you how to attach the wooden handle.There is no guidance whatsoever on how to care for the pan, whether it can be cleaned in a dish washer or what cleaning agents to use or not use.The pan I received has some tiny spots on the outside where the black coating has either scratched off or was not perfectly applied.All in all, I don't recommend this pan for use on induction hobs.

I spend along time researching which wok to buy. I was deciding between a non stick and a carbon steel wok and ended up going for this non stick.So easy to use and clean, no maintenance like a carbon steel.Very happy i went this route, its an excellent wok.

Solid product that seems to be scratch proof and holds all the meat & veggies you want. Heat proof wood handle and tight fitting lid. A bit heavy but I would certainly buy again.

Die Pfanne kam gut verpackt und schnell zu mir nach Hause. Sie macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Nach mehrmonatigen Gebrauch kann ich nur sagen dass diese Pfanne für einen Drei-Personen-Haushalt bestens geeignet ist. Man kann hervorragend größere Mengen zubereiten hierbei ist die Work-Form sehr gut geeignet. Reinigung ist absolut unproblematisch da die Pfanne gut beschichtet ist. Man kann trotz der Größe immer noch recht gut schwenken. Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Pfanne und kann sie nur jeden ans Herz legen der gerne kocht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hierbei unschlagbar. Wann bezahlt halt keine teure Marke mit. Aber muss aber auch auf keinerlei Qualitätsmerkmal verzichten.

This pan's 'sides' are high enough to keep the splatter contained, it heats evenly, and best of all, doesn't crowd the stove top when the other burners are in use. I looked in the stores for something but couldn't find the right kind of wok, so I purchased this based on the description and reviews. The handle is comfortable and secure.

Nicht nur für meine gelegentlichen China-Kochereien eignet sich diese hochwandige Pfanne bestens. Ein richtiger Woke-Ersatz mag sie für eingefleischte Asia-Kochfans nicht sein. Ich bilde mir jedoch ein, optisch und geschmacklich ganz gute Ergebnisse beim Braten von Fleisch, Gemüse, sowie Reis und Nudeln damit hinzukriegen. Ob jemand den Unterschied zum Profi-Chinesen bemerkt? Von uns keiner!Diese beschichtete Pfanne wiegt nicht schwer in der Hand, was ich als ganz angenehm bei der Anbraterei empfinde. Prima der leicht zu montierende Holzgriff, der logischerweise nicht heiß wird, wenn am Herd die Post abgeht. Einzige "Falle" diesbezüglich ist der kurze Übergang vom Holzgriff zum Anschraubteil, der aus gut Wärme leitendem Metall besteht. Wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat, verbrennt man sich an der Stelle gewiss nicht mehr. Kann aber auch nur an der Ungeschicklichkeit meinerseits gelegen haben. Hatte halt bis dahin noch keine Pfanne dieser Art.Wertig fühlt sich diese Pfanne an, die ganz gut auf dem Cerankochfeld ihren Dienst tut, obwohl sie nicht 100% plan aufliegt.Aber das scheint nicht sehr nachteilig bei der Hitzeentwicklung zu sein. Bei mir brutzeln die Sachen schön n knallig an. Allerdings übertreibe ich es auch nie mit der Menge, die ich in einem Bratgang zugeben. Das ist aber auch beim Braten mit Gas oder Holz wichtig.Im Übrigen eignet sich diese Pfanne auch gut für alle Gerichte, deren Inhalt in normalen Pfannen gerne mal zum überschwappen neigt. Also Nudeln mit Soße usw.

Perfect size for 2-4 people. The quality seems to be good, very sturdy. I use it every day.
