Is it a peetal/ Brass , ya polish of golden colour

I ordered a set of 6. One of the cow does not have the stand screws. Hence it keeps falling. I don't wish to return the entire set of six. But will they just change one piece and provide me the same.. Pls clarify soon team Amazon as I need to order more sets. Rest of the pieces are good quality and in good condition. Hence want to keep the same.
