Very comfortable and super
Unfortunately after two years of daily use my original ear muffs become unusable as they were shedding black bits constantly.Replacement purchased and delivered very quickly. The change took seconds and very happy with the cooling initial effect and comfortable using through out the day.

Good product
If are you looking for new pads , this are the ones to buy.I purchased a number over the time, so far this are the best.1) It uses some kind of silk as material which is in contact with your ears. They are much more comfortable than "protein leather" and last way longer.2) They use special gel right under the silk, to accumulate water and to keep ears cooler. After some time, it warms up and you don't feel the effect much, but it certainly helps against unpleasant effects over long time use. While they are more expensive, because they lasts you will spend less.I certainly recomend it.

Not as comfy as the originals.
You can see from my photograph that the replacement pads look different to the originals. Where the Marshall pads are covered from front to back with soft 'leather', the Soulwit pads have a rather obvious looking plastic plate on them. I think the originals look better although, to be fair, the new ones were easier to grip when positioning them. I had absolutely no trouble at all putting the new pads on my Major IV headphones.Once in place I could hear no difference in sound quality, but I don't think they're as comfortable. I'm constantly aware that I have the headphones on, and rather than the cooling gel being a good thing I actually felt like my ears were too cold. It is only March though, so maybe at the height of summer I'll welcome them.If your Marshall earpads are on their last legs then this is a cheap and easy way to extend the life of your headphones, and on that basis they're worth buying. I wouldn't suggest them as an upgrade, though.

Fit Major II. Not too complicated if you read the instructions carefully.

Easy to use 👍🏻
Twist the old battered ear muffs of, and twist the new ones on.Quick and simple, and I don't need to buy new headphones 👍🏻

Fine replacement for original ear pads
Material is soft and pleasant for ears. Plastic and fabric are not perfectly connected, but it’s not a problem. It soaks the sweat, so I’m not sure how it’s going to smell in future, but so far, after a month in the gym it seems fine

Far too tight fit on Major II Bluetooth - also dulls treble but VERY comfortable
One of the pair was an extremely tight fit on my Major II Bluetooth - so much so that to actually get it into place the actual pad came off - leaving just the disc on the headphones. It took me about 20 minutes to then get this off, put the pad back on and try again with a slightly different approach.Once on they are very comfortable with the velvety pads sitting on the ear very nicely but it did dull the treble a little bit. Not horrifically, but noticeably. For me - the fit is a big issue as replacing them in the future cold be tricky getting it off - maybe it was just the one that had a bit of a bump in it, that can happen I suppose but the potential of causing damage to my treasured Major II Bluetooth is too much to bear, especially as they can no longer be replaced and there are so many fakes in the market. Also the change to the sound profile is a no no for me - the reason I still use this regularly is because frankly they are the best sounding headphones Marshall have ever made. They might fit the III or IV better - or like I say, I may have got a slightly duff one (the other was fine, a tight fit but not too tight by any means) but for the Major II I would advise caution.

Great new ear pads
These are really great! A bit thinner than the original ones but the sweaty ears syndrome that I used to have is completely gone
