This is a great eye wash station! It is portable, easy to set up, and OSHA-compliant. It was worth the investment and keeps me from being fined, I'd rather have it and not need it. It comes with a mirror, instructions, and with an emergency eye wash station sign.

It allows you to get a fresh eyes eye wash with double faucet nozzles to rinse out shrapnel or droplets in a matter of seconds. The eye wash units feature added convenience and safety features, including hanging hooks to hang drying towels directly onto the kit and a mirror so you can properly examine your eye post-wash.It comes with a mirror and dual spray, making it an ideal first aid eye wash unit. The kit includes two empty bottles for saline or any eye wash solution, a large green emergency sign, and six screws for wall mounting the entire unit.

Great Product
This eye wash station is doing what it is supposed to do. Easy to install and feels sturdy. I filled it up with water and it had a continuous flow of around 15 minutes. No leakings. So far so good!

Exactly What Was Required to Keep My Team Safe
It can be portable or permanently mounted. I have tested it and it worked great! It comes with the hardware so if you wanted to mount it to a concrete or brick wall. I highly recommend this product.

Poorly Designed, product leaks!
We ordered and replaced one that leaked. It turns out that they all leak due to poor design. We tried adding a washer but it still leaked. We need to use caulk in order to attempt to stop the leaks. Hope it works the 2 we purchased will be going back. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Leaks!
I have had two of these for the business, the first one was larger and the seam starting leaking, this one is smaller and when I filled it up, it started leaking around the hinge screw because it was stripped out and couldn't tighten it. Then noticed a leak coming from the wash area!
