Mae PloyThai Yellow Curry Paste 400 g (Pack of 4)

Great value to order in 4. I didn't notice the high salt content until now as other reviewers mentioned. I suppose it is what its like in Thai food, strong taste of everything sweet sour salty and spicy, without those elements it would not make it Thai. Only a thought. I don't eat food with too much spicy taste so I will only add the amount that is within the healthy salt intake limit. Still highly recommended, love the yellow curry.

Used this after purchasing some in Thailand. Have tried other brands but this is the best - others can leave the curry looking a bit brown whereas this leaves it a nice creamy gold colour.

My favourite thai curry paste brand. None of the others taste as good as this one (in my opinion), coupled with the right coconut milk these are the 2 most important ingredients that effect the flavour of the finished curry for me. I'm hooked.

I have bought this paste a few times now. It's a good product, but if I had known there was only three months left on the Best Before date I would not have bought the four tubs. Maybe that's the reason it was a good price, old stock.

This is lovely. I didn't do much at all with it, just added some water, stock cubes, a tin of coconut milk and a small bunch of coriander to some sweet potatoes and butter beans. It's supposed to be mild but still has a bit of heat.
