My daughter just started playing field hockey she is 11 1/2 years old adverage height/weight. She does not have braces but I really like how this mouth guard covers her top and bottom teeth while her mouth is closed. This is a great product and fits her great!

I ordered this for my son, who takes Taekwondo and just got Invisalign. So far he said this is pretty comfortable and fits over his Invisalign nicely. His only complaint about it is that it is a larger mouthguard than he is used to - it’s a bit thicker. It’s likely just something he’ll need to get used to, and extra protection is good!
