Really pleased with this
This music is lovely. I listen to it a lot and find it really relaxing. Only problem I've found is track 5 seems to be quieter than the others, so if you have it on quietly, for example, when going to sleep you can't hear track 5 unless you turn it up. Very strange. But that aside, I would really recommend it and glad I bought it.

This is a really lovely CD, unfortunately i had to return mine as it was scratched. There was no option for me to have a replacement.

Having received this thoroughly amazing CD this morning, I cannot recommend this beautiful music enough. I will certainly be recommending this CD to my Clients and other Therapists. This music is so calming, which assists you to relax, release and just let go, I was aware of tensions just leaving me like steam for my body, allowing me to come in to a complete state of tranquility and bliss I was certainly guided to buy this CD for which I am truly grateful thank you. I received this product in the time that stated on my order which was a couple of days. The sound track is great for relaxing and unwinding after a stressful day and who wants to get in to a relaxed and meditative state of mind. My partner and I both use it and find we are relaxed and chilled after. I would recommend this CD anyone who is new to meditation techniques as my partner and i am and anyone who would like to use meditation to de-stress their live and relax their mind.

this cd was faulty
I regret to tell you that this cd skipped & jumped on several players & in one refused to play at all-- total waste of money. Never had to return anything I found the return info. totally confusing & gave up as it wasn't that costly. I am writing this to see if anyone actually reads this and attempts to repay me. If had returned it it would only have contributed to the enormous volumes that Amazon sends to landfill. Bill Houston

Beautiful relaxing music.
Bought two , one for me and one for a friend. Beautiful sounds to relax by. I am playing them at work on headphones when I am really busy. I find known tunes a problem as I start to hum along, this one is restful and no lack of concentration.
