Gold is gone.
This was installed in September 2024. It's December 2024 and the gold is almost completely gone. The little bit left looks horrible and is fading away. Everything else installed gold in the shower has stayed gold. This is the only thing in the shower that has faded like this. And in just a few months. I don't use harsh chemicals to clean. It's disappointing because it looked so good when first installed. My contractor recommended this brand. I know it's popular. Maybe just don't go with gold.

Complete waste of money. The gold is not only gone within months of installing but it’s straight corroded.

Don't Buy
If you're looking for a gold shower drain, this isn't it. The color doesn't not hold more than a few months. Otherwise, the drain is great. But it's not worth the money.

Discoloration
Worst product and customer service. In less then a month of use it completely change the the color from gold to silver. I try to reach out to Amazon for help but since it was past the return window. Amazon rep said they will have someone from manufacturer customer service reach out to me in the next 48 hours. It's need over a week and no one ever reach out. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. AS NO ONE CARE TO GET THIS RESOLVED.

Finish washed off in the first shower, cant return through Amazon
The finish failed in the first shower - no chemicals, cleaning products, etc ever came in contact with it. Schluter makes good products, but this is not one of them. It's now a dirty silver color that doesn't match the bathroom trim. SELLER PLEASE REFUND.
