NABOSO Neuro Ball, Foot Myofascial Release Tool, Textured Massage Ball for Feet, Self Massage, Mobility and Recovery

I was ready to make an appointment with a podiatrist bc my feet were hurting so bad almost every time I stood up. I gave this ball a try and what?! After just a few seconds on this (either size) and my feet feel better! If I use this everyday, or twice a day, I have very little pain in my feet. The spikey ball increases circulation and the little ball works the knots out. I even use the small ball on my neck or other areas where I have knots. This product has changed my life!

Very nice to use to work on your feet - toes especially; I love it. The tiny black ball inside the larger blue one I actually use as a micro-needle-ish thingy on my face - lightly rolling it over my skin. Feels good. The toes love this too.

I have suffered with PF for about a year and I have tried a lot of different gadgets. I recently went to a Barefoot Shoe Expo in Chicago where Naboso had a booth, and I tried out some of their products. I saw the massage ball and thought meh, I have a massage ball at home that'll do the same thing. Nope! I ended up ordering this about two weeks later, after using some of their other tools and convincing myself their ball would be different. And it is.I love that it splits in half so you can fully stand on it and do both feet at the same time and actually put your whole weight onto it, instead of rolling a ball around and only kind of trusting your weight on it. I use it every morning before stepping out of bed and it has made a huge difference in how pliable and relaxed my feet feel. The Naboso texture really is a game changer. I only wish it was easier to open. They say to open it with your heel, but I've still had to use a butterknife to get it started. The small ball on the inside is a bonus, though I don't use it that much, particularly because I don't want my cats to eat it or bat it under the fridge.All in all, this is a great tool to have in your arsenal if you care about your foot health. It's also super travel friendly. I used this in the airport and only got a few odd looks. ;)

I bought this at the suggestion of a podiatrist to help with foot neuropathy. It does have a nice texture that stimulates feeling. It's heavy and stays put on the floor if you pull it into halves. That said, once it's pushed together into one sphere, it's very difficult to pull apart. It's smaller than I expected, slightly smaller than a baseball. It has a tiny, maybe 1 1/4 inch diameter hard plastic ball inside it which is supposedly for trigger point stimulation, but it looked like something my dog or my granddaughter would put in their mouths so I put it in a drawer. I didn't really see a use for it to be honest.

I thought they would be a hard plastic, but after using them for a while, I actually like this better.The tag shows a QR code that links to a YouTube video tutorial of how to open the ball. It's so easy! You just step on the seam, it splits open, and you pull it apart with your hands.YouTube was super helpful for more ideas of how to use it. It provides amazing range of pain relief with the two ball sizes, and it's super portable. I'm literally going to bring it with me on vacation this summer. It is a bit pricey, but well worth the value in my opinion. I'm going to use this for the rest of my life so it's so worth it. Great performance. High quality, well designed. Great job Naboso. Love this ball. My Pilates instructor told me about this ball. I use it to help my sagging arches, and it's made a difference when I walk. The smaller one inside the rubber ball is more intense but you can control it by using less weight on your foot.

Almost impossible to open - had to pry with a screwdriver
