The recovery process is what usually keeps me out the gym for a few days, but I’ve already noticed a difference in how long my soreness lasts! I like to have mine right before I relax in the sauna!

I've been lifting much heavier recently, so I hoped these would help me to continue doing so without needing too many days of rest between each heavy lift day. This has helped me exceed that hope and now, I am able to implement these into my routine so that I can grow and recover MUCH more quickly. Can't wait to try their protein soon!!!

I had just received this product and I already love the flavor. I've taken BCAA's in the past and they've helped tremendously for recovery. I am a JUCO baseball player and recovery is the most important thing to me aside from training. Recovery is where the gains are made so I am hoping for this to further improve my recovery and also improving performance. I'll give it an additional week or two then I'll update my review. But so far, the flavor has been amazing.

tastes good and I wasn't bloaded

I love the flavor of the Intra BCAA, I like to drink it post workout to get my essential amino acids for growth and recovery. It’s great for when I don’t have time to cook but need to get my nutrients quick.

I've been looking for supplements that I don't feel like I have to choke down to take. They either taste awful or, when I've tried unflavored, they're like chalk and just settle at the bottom - or worse - they taste awful AND are like chalk. I was skeptical about this one, but I'm pleasantly surprised! The flavors are awesome and it's easy to drink. Obviously, with the flavor selection, we're not trying to mask flavors - they taste like candy/soda so I get my sweets fix too. I'll be buying again for sure.

EPN has done it again! The watermelon candy flavor is so good and tastes exactly like the candy. I’m definitely going to order again!!
