The sauce has a peculiar smell, I am sure the sauce itself is fresh or not spoiled however the smell and taste of the sauce is pungent. It made the noodles taste weird!

Great taste even better than takeout chowmein you can also used in some other recipes to make it taste like indo Chinese flavor you don't have to put other sauces or viniger, like saute or baked veggies, a bit costly because one bottle will roughly get you through 4 dishes, will buy again if price & quality remain same

Good quality & taste … Chilli oil is fab! Chowmein sauce was quite misleading cz it has i+g which is a flavour enhancer. Not specified what is the source… other than that it is good. Value for money
