You need this
The perfect addition to your neck or shoulder soreness. Can be heated in microwave with tiny bit of water in a cup. Long enough to wear over your shoulder blade area or to wrap you neck. Very relaxing and have fallen asleep wearing it. Also you can thread 1 end thru the other ends handle to help it stay put. Very happy with neck buddy!

This works like a charm !!! I had one before and recently purchased a new one .. heat’s up fast and holds heat pretty good .. love the handles on either end to help hold item in specific spot !! Would definitely buy again

Exactly as described
This works very well. The instructions for how long to put it in the microwave are on the tag on the item, rather than on the box. I would have put it in for longer if I didn’t see that, but the time specified was correct for my microwave.
