Amount of detail that went into the carving of the mold for this resin dice or jewelry holder is impressive. This is perfect for holding dice (or jailing dice that misbehave) while playing TTPRG like DnD or Pathfinder. It could be used to hold keys or a watch, even jewelry. While the box said it’s also ashtray, I would NOT use it for that purpose because it’s not a material that can survive hot ash/coal that’s on the end of a cigar or cigarette. The ads I’ve seen depict/describe these resin contraptions as also being able to be used as incense burner, but again, the resin this is made from will NOT survive the hot coals of the incense cones, unless you add a separate small metal saucer inside upon which to burn the the incense. It does not have a hole in which to place an incense stick either. I’m going to use it for dice, but I wanted to provide the info regarding trying to use it for incense because you’ll end up with melted plastic resin and a potential fire hazard if you try it without using a metal dish inside to hold the coal. If I reach a stage where I’m no longer participating in gaming, I would definitely use it for keys or jewelry.

I bought two of these. The golden one arrived with no issues but the silver one was dented on one wing. Luckily for this lil’fella I won’t return him to be thrown in the trash or destroyed because of a simple defect. They can fit two dice sets. Don’t try to use it to put your keys at your home entrance since is too small.

This dragon dice guardian has incredible detail and build quality! Very sturdy and has nice weight to it. A great find!!
