I just found out about Kava and researched it very well before buying these tea bags. This is "Kava Lite" compared to what some people use. However, I get the calming effect that I'm looking for. I use it for anxiety disorder. The first thing to know is that people have different experiences with it. When you use it, steep the bags in water that is room temperature. Hot water will neutralize the active ingredients. Let it steep for several minutes, then drink it quickly. I used 2 bags to get the effect that I want. The taste isn't very good. There are a lot of videos on Youtube about Kava's benefits and potential side effects. I would advise watching some of them. I am satisfied with the product.

It has a strong flavor and I add a teaspoon of honey. Calms me down instantly and I drink a cup about an hour before bedtime.

Terrible taste and isn't as potent as I thought it would be but I still feel a relaxing effect. My advice mix a tea bag with ur favorite flavor of tea and chug it as fast as possible to get the effects

I don't know what half of these people writing negative reviews because it tastes bad... it's kava not sure what people expect but this is a good product.

My main concern when buying anything labeled as a supplement is weather or not it is actually the thing they say it is, and I can guarantee this is indeed Kava albeit at a lower than typical ammount, but it makes up for it in convenience.
