Some funny stuff
In Chonda Pierce I found a refreshing break from the glut of PC comedians. However, one does tire of the female mantra about the inadequacies of men vis-à-vis women and children. It’s unimaginative and exhausted and it’s time to move on to something relevant and true. But still, she’s funny with good presence, good body gestures, good vocal gestures and good observational skills. Much of the material was intended for the conservative Christian crowd. The last ten to twelve minutes were a maudlin reminiscence of her departed mother which then led to something of an altar call without the actual altar or call. Conservative Christians will probably like her routine.

I love Chonda Pierce, Queen of Clean! As for the reviews on here complaining that Chonda is not ‘P.C.,’ so what? Would rather watch Chonda than any of the secular potty-mouths out there!

Bless their heart in Jesus name... lol...On a lighthearted note...You sharing about & singing for your mama had me in tears, and you're right... life is about relationships... not just talking to talk... Oh my, my, my that last vm got me... 😭

I was going to use this on my senior bus trips but did not think it would work as I have a mixed crowd of men and women. I ordered another one of her DVD's and will watch it soon and see if it is for a mixed crowd.
