I take these to support removing heavy metals in my body taking 12 a day every other month. I like these as they're high dosage, easy to take with absolutely no added fillers ect. Excellent value for money and no side effects.

I like this product but it is a bit messy and you have to take a lot of tablets. When you take the tablets out of the packet you get green powder all over your hands which is a bit messy. The recommended dose is 8 to 16 tablets, one to two times per day, which is quite a lot to swallow. Not sure if this is something that I could get used to on a daily basis long term.
