TOTALLY VALUE FOR MONEY
Good picture quality with clear black and white night vision. Using this from last two months and everything is working well, like CAMERA, HARD DISK, DVR, SMPS Etc. 1 TB harddisk gives approx 18 days backup with 4 camera. Supplied wire quality is not good and length is not sufficient for 4 camera and HARD DISK connecting wire was missing. I had to purchase extra 90 mtr. wire of Hikvision and HARD DISK connecting wire too.

Most Unhappy customer of a very bad product.
I usually dont write reviews, but this one I felt I have to write to help my fellow shopper make a wise decision. I have given this product "Prama 2MP 4CH DVR with 4 Camera and 1TB HDD " multiple chances, but unfortunately, it has consistently failed to meet my expectations.Firstly, the initial configuration did not recognize my modem. The call center support was unhelpful and ineffective, ultimately leading me to replace the modem myself.Secondly, within three months, the power supply failed. Once again, the customer support team offered no assistance or replacement, forcing me to bear the cost of replacing the power supply on my own.Thirdly, just seven months in, one of the cameras stopped working. At this point, I plan to replace the entire DVR system with either Hikvision or CP Plus.In my opinion, it's worth investing in Hikvision or CP Plus from the start, even if they are slightly more expensive. This investment will save you considerable time, effort, and stress in the long run, avoiding issues like replacing modems, power supplies, or cameras.
