Pros:1. Sound quality is so good at this price point when compared with other neckbands in this price range.3. Battery life is one of the main selling point of this neckband almost 25-30 hrs based on usage.4. Light weight and comfortable design enables long time wearing with fatigue in ear lops5. No connection issues with both phone and laptop.6. Was surprised to see the performance of Microphone, it worked perfectly and clearly.7. The fast charging support enables full charge withing 35-40 mins which was awesome.8. This Product is Such a Value for Money

Relatively flawless
Sound quality is good but takes a little longer to turn on and off. After connecting to the phone and answering the call, hear the voice after 5 seconds, this delay causes great difficulty

The best one in this price
I really liked these headphones at first. Sound quality was good and the neckband was really convenient at keeping the headphones from falling off your neck if you were to take them out of your ears. They also worked well during workouts and stayed in place. Unfortunately, the charging receptacle broke after less than two months. I tried emailing their warranty/support and the email bounced back saying the inbox couldn't be found. I submitted a question through their website about possible replacement under the warranty and no one ever got back to me. I think I would have been very happy with these headphones if they lasted more than two months or if the company were responsive.

One side of headphone stopped working
After using 8 months one side of headphone stopped working. In e- commerce site they are writing they providing one year of warranty but unable to claim the warranty. Not getting support from customer service only they are saying sent mail to us but response not received of mail.
