Excellent value - wide range of daily puzzles intended to cover a year. Mix of word puzzles (anagrams, crosswords, wordsearches etc), secret codes, number/calculations, visual picture puzzles, patterns etc. Easy to dip into and tear off when completed. Full answers at the back.

Absolutely fab book. Lots of mini puzzles such as word searches, spot the difference, word puzzles etc. One for each day so its manageable. Can be used as an alternative to screen time too or for bite sized breaks up of the screen time. My daughter is 8 years old and finds some of the activities more time consuming but overall they are quite quick to complete. Fantastic little brain bite for her though and I'd definitely buy another edition if one was made.

A good buy - 8 year old granddaughter loved it! Good variety of puzzles with varying degrees of complexity. Only gripe is that the pages came out too easily - often when not wanted!

I always keep a puzzle book handy! Got this floor my 8yo for summer holidays. The tear off pages are a great idea if they are sharing too. Great idea for gifts.

I purchased this for my 7yr old Granddaughter for Easter as she dislikes chocolate. She loves it so much she takes it with her on car journeys and brings it with her when she visits. She likes to show me what she's done and sits next to me doing her puzzles whilst I do crosswords etc.The variety of puzzles etc is rich and well presented and easy to follow.I would thoroughly recommend this as a way of encouraging learning and independent thought process whilst having fun.

I love usborne books for kids- can't fault them. Bought this for a friend's child who is poorly in hospital to help keep her busy and pass the time. Lovely book with lots to do. Would be good for at home or on long journeys too.
