Faulty Tray in this model without any support from Company or Amazon
I received this product with a faulty tray and after a few uses in a week it wouldn't close properly. The Return window was suppose to close on the day I made the complaint but Amazon refused to help. After requesting service from the Air fryer company they send the complaint to Bajaj and they left us hanging for months with the promise to replace the faulty tray but they did nothing.
