You get what u pay for..just simple nose rings.

But ya know I wanted the cute little septum ring and I used the smallest one and the ball was AWFUL getting on and then when I finally did it fell off the next day and I lost it. so I had to use the next size up. also they are really thin witch isn't that bad I forget I have it in my nose.

I love the smaller ring it was exactly what I wanted. When I changed my out the ring I only took one ball off since the comments warned me.... but I still lost the ball I never unscrewed. Luckily the product comes with tons of extra balls... but my extra ones were thrown away but mistake so I had to drive back to the tattoo shop just to get another ring. Overall nice looking product with bad balls.

I bought these rings after reading many reviews about the balls falling off and not surprisingly, the falls kept falling off. Luckily I have balls from past rings so I used those and they have not fallen off yet. If you have extra balls it’s worth it to get these since the quality of the ring is very good, but if not you’re just going to keep putting them back on over and over again.
