It is a poor product, not upto mark
This rocking chair no doubt rocks but, the rocking arms are badly designed and does not provide smooth joyful rocking to the user. Rocking is rough and noisy. My "RETURN"new experience too is disappointing. Wasted money. New buyer needs to be careful and should excercise caution.
