Great headset
Purchased as a second headset for travelling with, as I didn’t want to damage my expensive wireless one. Connected via usb with no hassle and works well. The only gripe I had is the switch box on the cord for volume, mure etc has a disconnect button on and if you have a few points during a call where you swing your head round and the cable moves you can knock the box and flip it upside down and disconnect your call, so it would be nice if this was either weightier or it could be fixed with a bracket? I disconnected a few calls half way though!Call quality and clarity through the headset is great and the build quality is exactly what you expect from Jabra

Comfortable headphones
Really comfortable headphones, got a full day’s working. Only slight issue I have is that they are quite quiet in an open plan office. Even having turned everything up!

Great headset!
A great headset that's compatible to use on Microsoft Teams and Skype. Found out about this product when my previous workplace gave this for me to use and I liked it so much that I ended up buying it to use in my current job. The cable is a good length. It's so simple to use - you just simply plug it in and it automatically installs it for you - hassle-free! Noise cancellation is good and the ear pads are soft and comfortable on the ears. I like the cool feature where you can take and end calls by the press of a button on the remote control pad and you can even mute and unmute yourself on it. Money well spent. The only negative bit about this product is that it makes a clicky sound when you adjust the headset.

Work is life
When you work from home and have to sit at a desk all day talking, I found this head set very comfy. It's soft sponge for the ears and is light weight so it doesn't hurt my head while wearing them all day. Great sound and when I'm out at a coffee shop it definitely blocks out the surrounding noise. Great cheap headset.

Perfect choice
One work fantastic cheap and practical it can compete some expensive products that you have to pay over £150.

Finally, works pretty much flawlessly!
Update:Jabra and Microsoft seem to have finally got their act together. A couple of firmware updates has been released and now works pretty much flawlessly. Bumped up to 4 stars, dropping one solely for that poor early experience.Original review:Was a pretty good headset for home working, Clear audio both ways, fairly comfortable for up to a couple of hours at a time and great call control button integration with Microsoft Teams to pick up a call, end it and mute-unmute.However, sometime over the summer a Teams update has broken the call controls. First they would stop working mid call, now they just don't do anything at all. Very frustrating and makes answering calls and running meetings using the headset a real pain now.Jabra don't seem to care too much though and are still pushing these headsets a Teams compatible. They claim it is Microsoft's problem, which may be the case, but if you market as compatible you are bound by law to ensure that is true - Jabra should be all over Microsoft over this!So BUYER BEWARE - this is unlikely to work with Teams for you. Might as well look elsewhere.MS Tech Community discussion: techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/teams-call-controls-on-jabra-headset-not-working/m-p/1389044

Seems like they have changed the design - beware.
We have 2 pairs of these. My partner uses one and I use the other. My partner's pair came with a carry pouch and had smooth leather-effect earpads (like in the product picture). The version I got has foam-rubber earpads and no carry pouch and seems inferior in quality. They are adequate - they are comfortable enough to wear for a couple of hours continuously but not indefinitely. The sound quality is adequate - you can hear everything but I wouldn't use them for Hi-Fi.The microphone is adequate - a bit tinny and thin but clear and free of distortion/muffle.The "noise cancellation" is non-existent as far as I can tell - the microphone picks up a good amount of background noise and the earphones definitely don't eliminate environmental noise.Add to that the fact that they seem to have gone cheaper on the design and it's now mediocre product for the nearly £60 price tag
