... my energy but by day 4 I was feeling great and bursting in energy
In the first day I didn't feel a significant increase in my energy but by day 4 I was feeling great and bursting in energy. Also at first I mixed in water and I did't enjoy the taste as much, however saying that it's completely drinkable. Then I started mixing in my orange juice and green juices and it turns to be a great mixture and taste really good. I recommend it 100%!
