Excellent price and customer service
The first cartridge I installed was initially OK but developed a fault causing an error message to appear. I emailed customer service and received a reply within minutes, on a Sunday afternoon, with instructions to try to rectify the problem. Unfortunately that was not successful but I was sent a replacement by return when I informed the vendor. The second cartridge is perfect as, I hope, will be the replacement.I think you have to accept you will get the occasional dud when using refilled cartridges but with excellent customer service and purchasing two cartridges at a time you shouldn't be greatly inconvenienced. You certainly can't beat these cartridges for value for money.

Cheaper alternative backed my good customer service
The first cartridge i installed was not recognised by the printer. The second worked fine, after the printer realligned the print outs were crisp.I have only printed 20 - 30 pages so far, all without issue, so i believe it is a good, cheaper alternative.As for the first faulty cartridge, i contacted the company and they sent a replacement very quickly. They obviously stand by their products and reputation. I would be happy to buy from again and recommend to others.

What is there to say about a print cartridge ?
Reviewing a print cartridge is difficult - there's not much you can say about it. It works, produces clear printing and lasts in excess of the number of pages it says it will print. A good reliable product.

Good Value
I was totally surprised by the quality of these inks. I was not expecting much for the price, but thought I would give them a try. They were delivered well on time, packaging was good and the quality was surprisingly good, in that there was no discernible difference from an original.

Quick delivery and genuine product
I chose this product as it was the cheapest genuine product that I could find at the time, was a bit wary by some of the reviews saying that the printer didn't recognise it as genuine, but my printer has with no problems.Delivered within the proposed time frame as well. Will order again

Good alternative to originals
I've tried a lot of recycled/remanufactured cartridges because HP's prices for originals are ridiculous. These are amongst the better ones - print reliably, seem to be lasting well and reasonably priced. Will definitely be trying these again in the future.
