Brilliant, heavy and difficult to hold with one hand while trying to get the screws in while leaving out of the window. Absolutely easy, if you follow the instructions to set up while indoors. So far works brilliantly, the tracking feature is spot on and the quality of picture is great even at night. Just hope it keeps working.

Having used this brand for internal cameras that have performed extremely well, I needed a quality external camera withbthe capability of IR and motion sensors. I can't fault this system. Putting aside the initial cost (178.00)ish the recorded picture quality and ease of set up far exceeded my expectations. Having already used the app for previous installation adding the new camera was a doddle. The only issue I have noticed was there are occasionally recording dead spots from around midnight to around 4am..which may possibly have something to do with running cheaper electricity at night, which is interfering with the router and wireless signal. I'm no specialist but I can't think of any other logical answer. Overall a perfect camera for my needs.

I decided to buy one of these as the reviews were very good and Amazon were doing a great deal on them @ £131. Arrived yesterday and the first thing that stood out was how well presented the packaging was, the box was amazing quality, this was a very good start for me. In the box was everything you needed and more. Including an extension for the power and an Ethernet cable which you apparently needed to complete the setup. I’m not sure if I did need it but I plugged it into my router as was advised as part of the setup. The install couldn’t have been easier and connection to my 5ghz network was straightforward. When i first run the Reolink App/ software I thought the quality wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, this was soon rectified when I changed to the highest 4k resolution and the highest on camera zoom in. Now I’m very impressed, absolutely fantastic quality right to the end of my road both ways. There is a fair bit to do to get the best out of this camera as it is quite advanced, but it all appears to be in the Reolink App, but it’s all good fun, it just needs time to get the best out of it. I have it mounted high on my property and my whole front garden is very well covered day and night. Pitch black outside and with the infa red it’s like daylight. When you have it set to colour, again incredibly good. Well i’m so impressed with this camera that I’ve bought a second one for the rear of my house and as it’s being sold at £131 I thought I’d snap up a bargain before it’s back to the full price. Really I would highly recommend this camera, if you register it, Reolink will give you 2 years 6 months warranty As I said there are lots of settings and to get the best out of it you will have to play with it, but it’s all easy to do in the app, but one last thing worth doing straight away is find the bit that controls the PTZ, movement of the camera and stick in a load of camera positions, this way when you click on the positions you’ve saved the camera moves to that position really quick. I love this product and so far I would say if you are looking for a decent well made fully featured security camera at a bargain price then this is it without any question 100%. Excellent out door security camera, very clear even in low light, two lenses and tracking means you catch everything. Adaptable and easily set up. The bright lights means a clear view at night and a great deterrent for would be burglars.

Very good product; I managed to set it up in 2 minutes and connect it to Home Assistant in no time. Totally worth it, sharp quality, tons of functionality, two lenses streaming on two different channels, 5 GHz wifi connectivity, so not sure what you need more

Zoom on this camera is nowhere near 6x. There is no colour night vision as advertised. It is "colour" with flash lights. It is not a true ColourX night vision. I have a cloud subscription with them and if the cameras are of this quality I will be cancelling it. I do not know what has recently happened with Reolink, the quality is gone. I have had a few of their cameras in the past and they were good, but the last couple of cameras I bought are not good.

Great camera - easy to install and add to existing account. Has been up now for a year and has made it through a few 80mph weather warnings. Excellent price compared to others for what you’re getting!

Déjà utilisateur de caméras de la marque, je suis très satisfait de cet achat. Produit performant facile à configurer. La détection intéligente est assez fiable et limite les fausses alerte. Petit bémol sur un véhicule en mouvement le tracking motorisé à souvent tendance à s'arrêter un peu trop loin lorsque la voiture s'arrête.

From unpacking to setting up and installing one feels the high quality of the product. Excellent interface with many possible configurations (for instance for tracking and alarm). I was looking for a web based interface but could not find it. Support was quick and informed me about the need to download a Reolink client. The two lenses are an interesting idea. One lens keeps a wide angle view and is used for tracking while the other is a zoom lens and shows details. If you want to store both views on a Synology NAS you need two licenses. What I like is the speed of the pan and tilt, almost on par with professional cameras.
