The mug is really highly recommended. It keep hot drinks for longer than any such cups I have ever owned. I actually tested the six hours versus another brand which I won't name bit it outlasted it by more than four hours. The hotel water I put in it around 6pm was still lukewarm by 7am which was impressive. I normally just carry it in my bag with all other things because it does not let liquids out and does not become hot. The mug itself is easy to wash because it has no separate inner and outer layers.Don't be deceived by the photo with two mugs it's only to show colours. I mentioned this to them and they are are going to change it. Their customer service is amazing. Amazon delivered late but I guess it's the chrismas volume affecting them. All said happy purchase.

Staggeringly effective! I wanted a non spill thermos style travel mug for travelling and this mug is superlative! It's so effective at retaining heat that I can't drink the coffee quickly even after 2 hours of travel ! (I actually make the coffee cooler BEFORE I put it in the mug now so I don't have to wait for so long......). Also, for all that heat retention property, it's still not hot on the outside when you hold the cup. How do they do that?The drink mechanism is very good & effective too and the whole thing breaks down for easy cleaning and all components appear of good quality.Not the cheapest but far and away the best I've had. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

It is indeed leak proof but it's very hard to get anything out of it. I drink tea in it and it takes forever to get a mouthful. The hole is really small where it comes out of and I got frustrated a few times and just took the top off. It does keep tea hot pretty well. Since the top is all plastic you also get a weird taste in your mouth most of the time. I can't really recommend it.

This cup doesn't do as it's said put my coffee into this cup 8 o'clock and by 10 o'clock it was just warm not good at all I was so disappointed because I was going to the seaside and I needed my hot coffee on the coach. . It doesn't work

I bought a Bodum thermos originally and after a month the latex ring inside the lid came off which meant when I drank from it a line of content dribbled down my front. I was also struggling to make it fit any holder in my car. I therefore looked at replacing it with Bevalig mug and am I glad I did. It does exactly the same job of keeping my morning coffee hot during my hour plus drive into London, plus it fits my car holder. It even looks and feels better to hold, whilst the one push opener allows one handed operation. Great when in traffic! I'm really pleased with it. Just have to fight my daughter off now!

Excellent. Just a tip - if you test whether the the button is closed by tipping it up, find it’s not, then press the button down to close it don’t be surprised if a bit more liquid comes out as this is the residue from your first attempt. It is closed! Absolutely leakproof still after a few uses. Fits neatly under older model Dulce Gusto machine if you take out the drip tray ( I measured height before I bought the mug). No odd tastes so far. Just throw it in your bag and go!

Only started using so may be early for a review. But initial impressions are good. The flask is the perfect size and keep coffee warm. The drinking system is very good; it doesn’t leak and is easy to drink out of. At this stage, happy to recommend it. Price is good too.
