Best food i have ever fed my Gerbil. She eats all of it and is a great healthy option without all the needed fats. Very fresh and has a nice reseal. Exactly as shown. For one Gerbil i would guess it would last around 2 or 3 months (First time buying so not too sure, but definitely lasts).

My hamster loves this Brand and this is the only Brandon I use for my hamster. It’s healthy for the hamsters and other small animals are well. The size is is average however it’s only half fool which is a number. My hamster health is great due to this product and I noticed that her fur is more softer. The color is green and it looks like a cheerio! When it gets wet it doesn’t soak up which is good when the water is dripping after my hamster uses it.

We have ordered this many times now. It seems to be the food of choice, minus lettuce, for the S'more's, our Hamster. She will eat other things, but this is what she prefers which is nice, because I feel it gives her a well balanced diet. On a side note, my son enjoys watching her eat them because it make it look like she is eating donuts.

The other Oxbow kibbles that are labeled as being formulated for mice are not appropriate for mice, since the kibbles are so huge. Also my mice do not accept the formula as food, they would not even nibble on the other Oxbow Mouse/Young Rat kibbles. These kibbles are a different formula, I just wanted to point out that I've already tried the other Oxbow formulas, that are specifically for mice. The Oxbow Mouse formulas are huge and do not attract my mice and they're not suitable. That said - this is not the same formula. These Oxbow kibbles may be formulated for gerbils and hamsters, but my mice eagerly take them as both treats and as feed. The kibbles are small enough for a mouse to carry it in its mouth. The size is about 1/4 the size of the mouse's head. The kibbles are not flake like but they are more shaped in the form of a doughnut or a "Cheerio." I am able to break most of the kibbles in half with my fingers, to feed them by hand. Also their stool seems much more solid and healthier after being fed on these kibbles. They're gaining weight. They do not get tired of eating these kibbles. I would like Oxbow to produce a dedicated mouse chow that has appropriate sized kibbles and formulated specifically for mice, and that mice are eager for; till then this is a really great substitute. Four stars (as a mouse chow that is). If this were a specific mouse chow I would give it five stars. The kibbles could be a tad smaller for mice, but they're still acceptable, the mice can easily take it in their jaws and carry it away to a corner for consumption. Thanks Oxbow.

My dwarf hamsters love this food. I’ve tried other brands and it gives them upset stomach. I never get to find it at PETCO so I subscribed to deliver monthly at Amazon.
