New approach, with some tasty twists

A nicely presented book but I was a little disappointed with the content
I have bought Fraser Reid's Seasonal Soups which is a great recipe book. I struggle to eat salads as I'm not a fan of lettuce and hoped that this book would give me some inspiration. However, I found that I would end up buying lots of ingredients that were not local so a bit disappointed.

Great recipe book!
Seasonal salads is a really good recipe books full of good ideas to make salads more interesting and exciting! I also bought another copy to send as a Birthday present.
