I was very wary about buying something other than an HP product... I've had my printer for almost 2 years. I kept it clean, and always used HP cartridges. But being short on funds these days, I was forced to save money and buy these. I only needed the yellow at the moment, so I installed just that one. I ran print tests, and alignment, and all eventually worked out. I printed about 10 pages when my printer errored and stopped. The error I got reflected problems with the yellow cartridge. When I removed it everything looked ok, but when I put it back in I felt it didn't reseat like it should have. I know what they should feel like when replacing them, and something was not right. It cleared it self and ran for another 5 pages or so before the printer failed completely. Working with HP tech, it was determined that the yellow ink had caused a catastrophic failure in the jet, and line. It had gunked up and was not repairable. Not happy at all, and I WILL stick with HP products like I should have.

I promptly received my 1st order of replacement cartridges from Smart Ink only to discover that they were not compatible with my HP Printer. I believe it was my error and that I had inadvertently selected the wrong ID numbers. Anyway, I then investigated contacting this vendor to orchestrate a return, refund and ordering the correct ones. I was frankly dreading the process anticipating a time consuming ordeal entailing back and forth email communications with Amazon acting as intermediary, but was pleasantly surprised to see that Smart Ink had posted a direct Customer Support phone number. I expected getting a lengthy automated voice menu tree, but instead an Agent named Robert picked up on the 1st ring. He patiently and courteously listened to my tale of woe and then told me that I not only did not need to return the 3 wrong color cartridges, but for the price paid for them he would express ship 8 of the correct ones (2 blk and 2 each of 3 colored ones). What an incredible goodwill gesture --- 8 for the price of 3! In 2 days I received the replacements. The packaging was sturdy and the included instructions that were very useful. I was able to install the cartridges easily and quickly without a hitch. The test sheet I printed was very good quality with strong black and vibrant colors. Smart Ink has cultivated my customer loyalty. I cannot remember ever receiving such outstanding Customer Service!

I’ve used smart ink cartridges for a few years with my HP 6600 no problem. But the first one out of my new box isn’t working. I used the easy chat function with the manufacturer to try to fix but without luck. They are expediting sending me a new box. Fingers crossed that solves the problem!

I purchased the 933 XL for an HP 6600 Inkjet product. The ink worked fine but one of the print heads would not acknowledge the ink cartridge was installed. It was easy to install but I had a defective printer. Amazon was great and refunded my payment. Thank You.

Works well with my HP - obviously you get the message that it’s not brand name ink and may not work the same on the printer but it has been fine. Ink is nice. I do find sometimes it leaks a bit more on the paper but not always

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je commande ce produit et j’en suis vraiment ravie les cartouches dure dans le temps et mon imprimante ne se met pas en défaut malgré que ne soit pas de la même marque je conseille à toutes les personnes qui veut un peu économiser surtout quand on voit le prix des cartouches

Recibi la entrega en 24 horas pero el cartucho de magenta no funciono. Me puse en contacto con Smart Ink utilizando su chat y en 5 minutos autorizaron un reeemplazo que tambien llego en 24 horas. Excelente servicio. Bien hecho!!
