This was a really informative book, it was interesting to see how much signs and symbols are used for different ways when you assume they don't really have such hidden meanings and the power that they can create. Another great set of books from Mari Silva with focus this time on all things related to signs, symbols and sacred geometry.Book 1 covers a great assortment of signs, shapes and symbols both 2D and 3D with lots of interesting information and background on so much variations on the subject. So many symbolic signs covered from angelic, shapes, runes, astrology and so much more. There is a chapter on sacred geometry which introduces you to the topic and second book goes into more detail, background and more depth.The books give you everyday examples, practical knowledge and meditation options to work with and embrace all things magical connected to signs and symbols.Lots to absorb, understand and practice so books to refer back to and work through at your own pace.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book is a great introduction to many signs and symbols. It also and covers sacred geometry and although this isn't my main interest, it is a good source of information for somebody like me who knows nothing about the subject.The section on runes is good. However, although there is a description of the symbol it would be nice to include a picture of each rune.Other topics include astrological glyphs, totem animals, symbols in dreams and their meaning. The chapter on creating and charging sigils was particularly informative.Protection symbols was another of my favourite sections but, again, pictures would have been nice.All in all a quick read and a good introduction to the topic of symbols. The lacking illustrations is an issue for me though, especially given the topic.

Simple to read and understand. Delves into our individual signs with regards the zodiac and then spirit animals. Language, tribal/cultural identity is explored in relation to various human origins.Being able to use angels for protection and identifying one’s guardian angel. Building a Sigil and improving on purpose via cosmology.Lastly is sacred geometry which is fascinating and my favourite part of the book. It reaffirms my enthusiasm for all things spiritual that l am constantly dissecting sacred symbols of various shapes. Excellent guide for anyone who is into how to use symbols not just as art but also for spiritual sustenance.

The cover does not sit flat onto the pages so the pages look misshapen

This is such a amazing book for beginners and people who are wise already. There is so much information and it's so very nicely organized and short and sweet to the point.

Mind opening about sacred geometry and how it plays a big role in protecting buildings and giving them power, this extends into amulets, flags and sigals too. Then there's the power of numbers and sequences that should not be looked down on with contept as they provide powerful meaning and connection to the spirit world.

Very dissapointed about the book. I know a lot about symbols and sacred geometry and wanted to know more. I wish book would cover wide range of knowledge, going down to history. Autor would not even mention about David star, that origin is from India. Don't buy a book, make your own research on internet, and believe me you will know more about subject than the book covers. Big dissapointment !!!

This book has been bound very cheaply, each time I turn a page, the page falls out so it makes it tough to read....
