This chair is too good and the customer service is excellent

Using it for past 6 months. It's a top notch quality with all sorts of adjustments but a single flaw and that is the lowest height setting is not low enough, so your feet just keeps hanging in the air and all body weight is on your lower back. I cannot sit for long hours on this. I even replaced the wheels with smaller ones to reduce the seat height but still it's not low enough that the feet touches the ground flat. Avoid if you plan to use this barefoot or without shoes or a dedicated footrest. For reference I am 5'10".

I have used many gaming chairs in the past and this one is the sturdiest and long-lasting as compared to the others, will always recommend Cybeart.

Pros - inbuilt lumbar. Adjustments. Recliner and tilt are good. Sturdy. Cons - not comfortable. Seating get hot and this was observed while during rainy season in Bangalore. Leather not breathable as they claim to be. Seat is very slippery. Lowest height is not low enough. Cybeart should have given option to customise material at this price point. If customer doesn't like pu leather, then an option to select fabric must be much better

The Camo Edition chair from Cybeart is both stylish and comfortable. The material feels durable, and the reclining feature works smoothly. I appreciate the lumbar support and headrest, which help reduce back strain. The only downside is that assembling it took a bit longer than expected, but overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased the product and got defective product and from last 6 days no reply from them

After reading a lot of good reviews about cybeart I placed an order for the arctic white variant of the gaming chair. Cybeart is supposed to be the best company in its segment and I was really excited for this chair to be delivered so I can start using it. Upon its arrival I quickly assembled it and saw this prominent stain on the back of the chair. This is very heartbreaking and disappointing as I really wanted this chair to be perfect and given cybearts reputation it did not match it sadly. I have applied for a refund and I hope the company looks into this really well.

Très déçu de cet achat. Lorsque j'ai reçu la chaise, la boîte était toute brisée et recollée, il était évident que c'était un achat retourné, il y avait même l'adresse de la personne ayant retourné la chaise avant moi. De plus, la chaise avait des marques de gras sur le tissu. Lorsque j'ai commencé à monter la chaise, je me suis vite rendue compte que le dossier n'était pas aligné avec le siège ce qui faisait que mon côté gauche était plus avancé que le côté droit. J'ai donc démonté ce qui avait été fait que j'ai demandé un remboursement. Malheureusement, malgré ce défaut, j'ai dû payer les frais de retour qui étaient très dispendieux (ce qui est normal puisque le colis est lourd!). Malgré tout, le siège et le support lombaire semblait super. J'ai le feeling que si j'avais acheté directement sur leur site, je n'aurais pas eu ces problèmes.

Received a defective product and the seller refused to send logistics to pick up even if I explained to amazon multiple times that I was immobile and recuperating from an illness. This chair was supposed to be a birthday present from my kid brother to me but it was ruined by the experience with this vendor.
