Fun way to prepare child
I bought a few back to school books to get my son ready for kindergarten. He really enjoyed this one because it was very silly and cute. It’s a fun book to read and the illustrations are funny. I would recommend for any child who is about to start school for the first time.

Don't Expect a Full Book and It's Great
I often see a lot of negative reviews lobbed towards the smaller books in the series, but I don't understand why. Sure, they don't contain the character-driven journey and page-length provided in the first two books. But for kids who have grown to love the series for what it is, the smaller tomes are quick reads that provide just as many smiles. We've read this one multiple times now and I often find my kids reading it (and the other smaller issues of the series) on their own. Great for budding readers and story-time enthusiasts, you can't go wrong with The Crayons.

These Crayon Books are Adorable!
I have bought all of the Crayon books for some little guys I know and these stories are adorable. Drew Daywalt brings our trusted Crayon friends to life with such endearing personalities. Trust me- adults love these stories as much as the little ones, maybe even more...the crayon comments have crept their way into my life and I find myself saying them too. I highly recommend these books for the young and old alike! When a new one comes out I can't wait to get it!

This is basically a rehash of the other crayon stories. Same illustrations, nothing new. Also a very small size book.
